Antiwork: Why are workers quitting their jobs?

Over the past few years, the way we work has changed dramatically. There's also been a palpable rise in workplace discontent. Workers are quitting in record numbers, demanding higher wages and better treatment—a mass exodus termed "The Great Resignation".

At the same time, a Reddit community called ‘antiwork’ has provided an outlet for frustrated employees, a platform to organise collective action, and a place to philosophise about a friendlier future of work. Where did this movement come from, and what’s behind the palpable discontent with the modern workplace?
